How EasyApply handles your data (GDPR).

Who we are

EasyApply is a job application service operated by Ilkin Alibayli. Contact for all data matters: ilkinalibeyli@gmail.com.

Role of EasyApply

EasyApply and its operator, Ilkin Alibayli, act solely as a technical intermediary for collecting and forwarding job applications. They are not the hiring party, take no part in hiring decisions, and do not review applications. Each application is forwarded directly to the company hiring for the position you applied to. Hiring companies may choose to remain anonymous at this early stage and will reveal their identity once you are invited to an interview.

What we collect and why

When you submit an application we collect: your name and surname, email address, level of English, your CV (PDF), and an optional motivation letter. This data is used for exactly one purpose: processing your job application and forwarding it to the hiring company.

Mentorship program (optional)

If you tick the mentorship checkbox, your name, email, and level of English are also used to contact you about Ilkin’s Mentorship program. This is optional and does not affect your application.

Who receives your data

Your application is forwarded to the company hiring for the position you applied to (by email or through our secure review tools). Emails are delivered via Resend (resend.com), our email processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We do not keep your personal data for more than 1 year. Application records are automatically deleted from our systems no later than 12 months after submission. Your CV is forwarded to the hiring company; a copy is kept in secure, non-public storage on our server and is deleted together with your application data, no later than 12 months after submission.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw consent for the mentorship program. Email ilkinalibeyli@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
